Landi Kotal Chapli Kabab

Ingredients



- Mince 1/2 Kg
- green Chilli 10
- eggs 3
- mint Leaves 1/4 Bunch
- spring Onion 3 Chopped
- coriander Leaf 1/2 Bunch
- onion 1 Chopped
- ginger / Garlic 1 Tsp
- anardana 1 Tspall Spice 1 Tsp
- coriander Crushed 1 Tsp
- zeera Crushed 1 Tsp
- tomato 1 Big Chopped
- makai Ka Atta 1/4 Cup
- salt 1 Tsp
- red Chilly Crushed 1 Tsp

Instructions
Boil 8 oz kheema and chopperize with the remaining mince. Make scrambled eggs and keep aside. Add green chilly, coriander leaf, mint leaf, spring onion, onion, seasonings and ginger / garlic paste to the mince. Mix all in kheema very well. Than add scrambled eggs and tomato. Mix well and leave to marinate for an hour. Make big flat kababs and fry on tawa. Serve hot.
