Kache Kheema Ki Tikkya

Ingredients



- Mince 1/2 Kg
- brown Onion Grinded 2 Tbsp Heaped
- bhuna Chana Or Besan Bhuna 2 Tbsp
- all Spice 1 Tsp
- ginger / Garlic 2 Tsp Levelled
- poppy Seeds 1 Tbsp Grindsalt 1 Tsp
- green Chilly 10 Grind
- red Chilly 10 Grind
- chopped Mint 1 Tbsp
- papaya 1-2 Tsp
- lemon Juice 1 Tbsp

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients well in mince and knead well. Keep for 2 hours. The mixture stickly dampen hands and mould in small flat kababs. Heat a little oil on tawa and shallow fry them. Cover and cook till done.
