- Pasinda 1/2 Kg
- salt 1 Tsp
- papaya 1 Tbsp
- beasan 1/4 Cup Roasted
- onion 2 Brown And Grind
- all Spice 1tspdhania 1 Tsp
- red Chilly 1 Tsp
- oil 1/4 Cup
- ginger / Garlic 1 Tsp
- curd 1/2 Cup
Instructions Marinate pasinda with salt and papaya then give dam of coal. Then mix all the ingredients. Heat oil in a pan and pasinda in it and leave to cook on slow flame. When water dries off completely. Bhoono and remove. Serve with onion rings. |
