Dalcha Kaduwala

Ingredients




- Whole Red Chillies 1/2 Cup
- zeera Whole 2 Tbsp
- dhania Whole 2 Tbsp
- fry The Above Each 1/4 Cup Oil And Grind
- salt 1 Tsp
- onion 1 Sliced
- moong Ki Dal 1/2 Cup
- oil 1/2cup
- masur Ki Dal 1/2 Cup
- imly Juice 1/2 Cuptuar Ki Dal 1/2 Cup
- all Spice 1 Tsp
- chane Ki Dal 1/2 Cup
- haldi 1/2 Tsp
- ginger / Garlic 2 Tsp
- chilli Powder 1 Tsp
- curry Patha
- lauki / Kadu 1/2 Kg

Instructions
Boil all the dals together with 1/2 tsp haldi, let it cool and blend. Heat oil and add curry patha. Fry onions till light golden. Add in ginger / garlic with all the ground masala and kadu, bhuno well and add in 1 cup water. Cover and let it cook till kadu tenders. Then add in blended dals, imly juice, whole green chillies and let it cook on slow fire for ten minutes. Remove and sprinkle all spice.
