Fried Mash Dal

Ingredients



- Dal Mash 1 Pao
- ghee 1/4 Cup
- ginger Chopped 1 Tbsp
- onion 1 Finely Choped In Slices
- garlic Chopped 1 Tbsp
- mint Leaves
- 1 Onion Chopped
- zeera Roasted And Ground 1 Tsp
- red Chillies Whole 6 Crushed
- white Zeera Whole 1 Tsp
- water 2 Cups

Instructions
Wash and soak dal for 1 hr and put to cook with all the masalas on a medium flame.
when water dries, put on dam. Put finely chopped mint leaves,zeera and fried onions and ghee 1/4 cup on the top.
