- poppy Seeds 2 Tsp
- oil 1/4cup
- salt 1 Tsp
- onion Brown 2 Tbsp
- almonds 5-6 Grinded
- ginger / Garlic 1 Tsp Each
- curd 1/2 Cup
- papita 1 Tsp
- all Spice 1 Tsp
- chilly Powder 1 Tsp

Marinate chicken with all above masala for an hour. Heat oil on tawa and spread chicken botis on the tawa, sprinkle a little water on it then cover and cook when water dries and oil comes on top.
