- 1 Tsp All Spice - 1 Tsp Poppy Seeds - 1 Tsp Ginger / Garlic Paste - 1 Tsp Cummin Seeds - 1 Tbsp Almonds Blanched And Ground - 1 Tbsp Oriander Seeds - 1 & 1/2 Kg Chicken Cut Into 8 Pieces - 3/4 Cup Yoghurt Whipped - 1/4 Cup Oil - 1 & 1/2 Tsp Red Chilly Powder - 1/2 Cup Water - 1 Tsp Salt Instructions Grind the sesame,poppy, cummin and coriander seeds. To the yoghurt, add all thespices, nuts, ginger/garlic and the ground spices. Mix well. Rub this mixture all over the chicken pieces and set aside for 1 hour. Heat the oil in a lagan, or a shallow pan woth a lid and fry the chicken in it for 5 minutes. Add the mixture if any remaining in the bowl and 1/2 cup of water. Cover the pan and cook for approximately 25-30 moinutes till the chicken is tender. |
