Dal Ghosht

Ingredients



- Chana Ki Dal 1 Cup
- ginger / Garlic 2 Tbsp
- imly Juice 1/2 Cup
- tomatoes Finely Chopped 4
- salt 1/2 Tsp
- chilli Powder 3 Tspoil 1/2 Cup
- zeera Powder 2 Tsp
- green Chilli 6 Whole
- mutton 1/2 Kg
- onions 2 Medium

Instructions
Heat oil and fry onions till light golden and add in mutton with ginger / garlic and fry well for 5 minutes. Add in finely chopped tomatoes with salt, zeera and chilli powder and bhuno well. Then add in 2 cups of water and allow meat to get tender. Boil dal together with 1 tsp haldi till tender. Cool and blenderize and add to the cooked mutton mixture, also add in imly juice, green chillies and put on dum for 10-15 minutes.
