Tomato Chutney

Ingredients



- 500 Gms Tomatoes Blanched And Peeled
- 4 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 & 1/2 Tsp White Cummin Seeds
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Coconut Fresh Or Dessicated
- 3 Tbsp Oil
- 6-8 Red Chillies
- 8-10 Curry Leaves
- 1 Tsp Garlic Crushed
- 1/4 Tsp Mustard Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Black Pepper
- 1/4 Tsp Fenugreek Seeds
- 1/2 Tsp Salt

Instructions
Blend the tomatoes, cummin seeds, coconut, red chillies, garlic, black pepper and salt. Put the mixture in a sauce pan along with lemon juice and sugar and boil it. In a small pan heat oil and fry curry leaves, mustard and fenugreek seeds. Pour this over the tomatoes. Cool and store in a bottle.
