Paper Wrapped Chicken

Ingredients




- Chicken Meat In 12 Thin Slice 240gm
- 1/2 Tsp Soya Sauce
- salt A/c To Taste
- 1 Tsp Grounded Black Pepper
- 1 Tsp Seasame Oil
- 12 Celery Small Peices
- 4 Tsp Spring Onion Shreddes
- 2 Tsp Ginger Shreddes
- 5 Inch Square Sheets Of Greaseproof Paper 12 Pieces
- oil For Frying

Instructions
Mix chicken meat with soya sauce,salt,pepper and sesame oil.
Place one slice of chicken and celery with some shredded sring onions and
ginger on a sheet of grease proof paper and wrap to form a rectangular packet.
Repeat until all packets are formed
Heat the oil and fry the wrapped paper wrapped chicken over a high heat for two
minutes when the packets rise to the surface use a slotted
spoon to press them to the bottom of hte pan to release any oil that is inside.
Remove and arrange on a serving plate.
Remove greaseproof paper before eating.
