- Chicken 1 Of 1 & 1/2 Kg Cut Into 8 Pieces
- chilly Powder 1 Tsp Levelled
- haldi 1 Tsp
- tomatoes 2 Blenched
- eggs 2 Blended
- bread Crumbs
- salt 1 Tsp Heaped
- water About 1 Cup
- hara Masala I.e Green Chillies 2-3 Grinded
- 1 Tsp Garlic / Ginger
Instructions Boil chicken with all above except blended tomato and cook till half done. Add in the
blended tomato cook toll mixture dry and chicken tender. Cool and rool chicken in
bread crumbs. Shake off excess crumbs from chicken beat eggs. Dip chicken in eggs
and deep ry in oil till golden. |
