- 1 Tsp Garlic Crushed
- 1/2 Cup Dates Remove Seeds
- 2 Tbsp Oil
- 1/4 Cup Sugar
- 1 Tsp Sesame Seeds
- 1/2 Cup Vinegar
- 2 Tsp Green Chillies Chopped
- 1 Tsp Salt
Instructions Fry garlic in oil. Add sesame seeds, green chillies, dates and sugar. Keep stirring over a low heat till soft. Then vinegar and simmer till you have a well pureed mixture. Stir in the salt. Cool. Store in a bottle with a tight-fitting lid and keep in the refrigerator. |
