Ingredients



- Potatoes 1 Pao Boiled And Mashed
- salt 1 Tsp
- all Spice 1/2 Tsp
- oil 2 Tbsp
- ginger / Garlic 1 Tsp
- bhuna Zeera 1/2 Tsp
- rai 1/2 Tsp
- green Chilly 6 Grindeddhania 1/2 Tsp
- curry Pata Chopped
- black Pepper 1 Tsp
- coriander Leaves Chopped
- egg 1
- bread Crumbs

Instructions
Boil and mash potatoes. Mix everything well, do baghar of rai and curry patta. Make kabab shape. Dip in egg then roll in bread crumbs and shallow fry.
